Que dirias? Lo elegirias?  

Yo lo elegi hace en el 2015 cuando por primera vez escuche a una facilitadora comentar de su clase de barras y yo simplemente le dije - no se que es eso, pero yo lo quiero - y asi llegue a mi primera clase y sesion de barras.

Con mas de 25 años de practica de yoga y 16 años como maestra, Reiki Master, Deeksha giver, Sanacion Reconectiva y La Reconexion, Certificada como Coach de Salud y Bienestar, un sinfin de cursos de superacion personal e Inteligencia emocional que en su momento crearon algo diferente en mi vida, solo se que las Barras y las herramientas de Access Consciousness es algo muy diferente que realmente ha creado una expansion en mi Ser que no he experimentado antes. Desde muy pequeña sabia que habia algo mas divertido y algo diferente que creara mas facilidad y mas gozo en mi vida. Access llego a mi vida mostrandome que todo eso es posible y mas!

Me imagino ahora que contribucion pueden ser estas herramientas en tu vida? Solo una invitacion a mas.

I chose it on 2015 when I heard for the first time a facilitator talking about her bars class, I simply said - I don't know what that is, but I want it - and that's how I went to my first class and first bars session

With more than 25 years of yoga practice and 16 years teaching, Reiki Master, Deeksha givier, Reconnective Healing and The Reconnection, Cerified Health and Wellness Coach, many self-help books and classes and Emotional Intelligence courses, they've all created a different awarness in my life, it's only that the Bars and Access Counsciousness tools is something very different and truly has created an expansion in my being that I've never experinced before. Since a little girl I knew there was something different and more fun out there that could create more ease and more joy in my life. Access came into my life and shows me that all of that and more is possible!

I wonder now, what contribution these tools can be in your life? Just an invitation to more.
